This Privacy Statement describes how Jobs Site24 collects and uses personal information.
Jobs Site24 by Brad, at the director, is the manager of the business’s processing of personal information. The declaration contains information you are entitled to when collecting information from our website (section 19 of the Personal Data Act) and general information on how we process personal data (section 18, first paragraph, of the Personal Data Act).
Processing of personal information at www.jobssite24.com
The web editor has the daily responsibility for Jobs Site24 by Brad’s personal information processing on Jobssite24.com. It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal information in connection with services, such as receiving newsletters or shopping products. The treatment basis is the consent of the individual, unless otherwise specified.
WordPress is Jobs Site24 by Brad’s data processor , and WP Engine is our site maintenance provider.
Only Jobs Site24 by Brads has access to the information collected.
Jobs Site24 by Brad collects unidentified visitor information at www.jobssite24.com . The purpose of this is to compile statistics that we use to improve and further develop the information on the website. Examples of what the statistics answer to are how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, which sites the users come from and which browsers are used.
We use the analysis tool Googel Analytics on our site. This is an open source (GPL) tool that is installed on a separate server by the service provider. Information from this tool is not provided from Lykke by Brads to other parties.
Comments on the blog
All posts and related comments are filed in accordance with the archive legislation.
You can leave comments without signing up. If you add the name and address, the information will remain as part of the post. If you have published comments that you wish to correct or delete, please contact us so that we can evaluate it. However, you do not have the right to correct and delete statements.
Sharing posts on the blog
When you share posts, information is added there and then to the community you choose. How the relevant online community handles the data is regulated by your agreement with the online community. However, information that you have shared a post is not stored with us.
Jobs Site24 by Brad sends out newsletters about 2-4 times per month via email. In order for us to be able to send email you must register an email address. Mailchimp is the data processor for the newsletter. The email address is stored in a separate database, not shared with others and deleted when you cancel the subscription. The email address will also be deleted if we receive feedback that it is not active. You can choose to state whether you represent a business, is a private person, a journalist or something else. This is done so that we only send relevant information.
On the website you can order and buy products from Lykke by Brads. We ask for your name, address, e-mail and phone number so that we can send the goods to you. Nets handles the payment. Personal information we receive when ordering products is not used for any purpose other than handling the order. During the booking you can also sign up for our newsletter.
Email and phone
Jobs Site24 uses e-mail and telephone as part of the day-to-day work to fulfill the Authority’s statutory duties under the Personal Data Act and Administration Act. Relevant information that emerges from telephone conversations and e-mail exchanges that take place as part of case processing is recorded. In this case, this information is treated as described above (see “Processing and archiving”).
Jobs Site24 employees also use e-mail in regular dialogue with internal and external contacts. The individual is responsible for deleting messages that are no longer relevant and reviewing and deleting unnecessary content in the mailbox at least every year. Upon resignation, the e-mail accounts are deleted, but some relevant e-mails will normally be transferred to colleagues.
Sensitive personal information should not be sent by email.
We remind you that regular email is unencrypted. We therefore do not encourage you to send confidential, sensitive or other confidential information via e-mail.
Everyone who asks has the right to basic information about the processing of personal data in an enterprise pursuant to section 18, paragraph 1, of the Personal Data Act. Happiness by Brads has provided this information in this statement and will refer to it at any request. Those registered in one of Jobs Site24 by Brad’s systems are entitled to access their own information. The person also has the right to request that incorrect, incomplete or information Jobs Site24 by Brads be allowed to process is corrected, deleted or supplemented. Requirements from the registered person are answered free of charge and no later than 30 days.
